Audits are conducted by unbiased mystery callers and remote monitoring of actual calls.  We provide actual results with separate scoring and narrative pages.


We will work closely with your organization to develop the audit form (entailing both a scoring and a narrative segment) and the scenarios to be used by the Quality Auditors.
